Yes. Every new client receives a private consultation before their first treatment. You can also book a consultation on its own if you'd prefer to discuss your concerns and options first. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.

As JUNISH is a private, appointment-only clinic, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A deposit is required to secure your booking and helps minimise late cancellations and no-shows. Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your treatment.

Preparation varies depending on your treatment. For treatments involving needles or microneedling, avoid excessive sun exposure and arrive with healthy, intact skin. Retinoids and other potentially irritating active skincare may need to be paused before treatment. Please let us know if you take blood-thinning medications or supplements such as fish oil, as these may increase the likelihood of bruising. Do not stop any prescribed medication unless advised by your healthcare provider. If your skin is sunburnt, irritated, infected, or has active lesions, please contact the clinic before your appointment as your treatment may need to be postponed.

It varies by treatment. FORMA and the LHALA peel typically have little to none, while REJURAN^® usually involves a few days of bumps and injection marks. Your consultation covers exactly what to expect for your skin, and every treatment includes aftercare guidance and a follow-up review.

For your safety and your baby's wellbeing, we do not perform cosmetic treatments during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding before commencing treatment.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellation or rescheduling may result in your deposit being forfeited.
